This week we’re taking time to talk about some amazing American heroes, our veterans. Although Veteran’s Day is behind us, every day is a good day to honor those who have served in this nation’s military. Jeff Sanders and Wayne Shepherd had the privilege of interviewing Karl Schmidt, a World War II Veteran, who among many things served as a Marine spy and scout in the campaigns at Guam, Iwo Jima and Guadalcanal, along with receiving three Purple Hearts. Living history on The Public Square® — please tune in!
